Free Boot Camp Classes

The Resolute Athletic Complex is kicking off the opening to its new fitness center with Free Boot Camps. The Resolute Fitness Center has all new Rogue equipment and will soon be ready for personal training, functional fitness classes and more.

The Resolute Boot Camp will combine intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness.

The hour-long classes will work you head to toe so you’ll be ready for anything life brings. Expect the unexpected in these full-body Boot Camp classes, which are packed with lots of variety and tons of fun!! Classes are open to all skill and fitness levels. Exercises can be scaled to fit your comfort level.

Flexible class times are offered before or after work as well as at lunch time. Weekends and evenings can be the perfect time to try a class while your kids participate in one of our soccer or lacrosse programs.

Classes are offered:

Tuesdays and Thursdays:  6:30 am, noon and 5:30 pm

Saturdays: 8:00 am, and 9:00 am

Sunday: 8am on Oct. 21 and 1:00pm and 3:00pm on Oct. 28

Registration: Pre-registration is not required but helpful as class size is limited to 20 people. Please click on the links below to registered for a class. You can sign up for more than one free class. Be sure to arrive about 10 minutes before class.
