This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness. Classes will work you head to toe so you’ll be ready for anything life brings. Class dates and times:
Flexible class times are offered before or after work as well as at lunchtime. Weekends and evenings can be the perfect time to try a class while your kids participate in one of our soccer or lacrosse programs.
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6:00 am, 9am, noon, 4pm and 6pm
Open Gym/Field time:
- Monday-Friday: 7am - 9am, 10am to noon, 1 to 4pm, 7pm to 9pm (gym only)
- Saturdays: 10am to 7pm (gym only)
- Sundays: 9am to 5pm (gym only)
