Why Resolute Fitness?
At Resolute Fitness you will acquire skills, habits, nutritional knowledge to achieve revolutionary results and empower a lifetime of fitness. Community Group Fitness
All workouts are constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. What does that really mean? It means our workouts are always different, they involve full body movements, and we perform these movements at high intensity (always with proper technique and form; safety is our top priority).
Private "Class" Training
Nervous to jump right into class?? Nichole (head trainer) will meet with you 1:1 or 2:1 until you feel ready for class. In these sessions we will review the daily workout of the day, learn the movements for that day, adjust modifications as needed, and workout!
Resolute Fitness Is For Everyone!
Our members include those just starting out in fitness to the seasoned athlete. Everyone welcomes you, everyone cheers you on. It’s this atmosphere that inspires, builds confidence and empowers you to achieve your goals. Fitness is a state of mind, a way of being that impacts everything you do in a positive way.

- Eddie Sanchez
Being part of RAC Fitness has been such a positive experience for me. I’ve made great friends, reduced stress, and have become so much stronger. I never thought I could do some of the things I’m doing now, it’s so awesome to see how far I’ve come! Our trainers, Nichole and Rachel, are the BEST! They push me to my personal best and keep me focused on my form and safety during each workout. As a 40-something, I really appreciate this! RAC Fitness is welcoming and supportive to all ages and fitness levels and I would recommend it to anyone!

RAC helped me stay motivated and fit throughout my pregnancy and helped me modify workouts for my growing belly. Love my resolute family!
- Mackenzie Steiger
I originally joined the gym to support my best friend as she started her journey as a coach. However , I never knew I would fall in love with the feeling and support of the Resolute fitness FAMILY ! Since I started 2 years ago , I have become stronger mentally and physically ! My goals of becoming a “strong mom” continue to come true. This gym is not just a “gym”.. . Resolute fitness is my second home. I am now writing this 8 weeks postpartum and am so excited to continue my strong mom journey. The coaches have always given me the gentle push that I want without the intimidation. I am so glad to be back !
