My philosophy in fitness and training is and always will be: whatever you put into it is what you get out of it. If you give it your all, you will get the results you want. This thought process applies to every aspect of life. Training will help you learn that. I've been a certified trainer for the past 6 years and have played rugby for 17 years, so I have spent the majority of my life being physically active and building strength and agility. Captaining my middle school, high school, and men's rugby teams, I've learned to lead people to reach beyond their limits and achieve their goals. I continuously push myself to keep learning so I can develop an unmatched knowledge in the field and lead my clients to success. Member: American Sports and Fitness Association
