Nichole Peterson: Head CrossFit Coach 

After earning her B.S. in Health Education from the University of Cincinnati, Nichole always knew she wanted to help people live their best lives and began exploring her options. After working in the health insurance and medical fields, she quickly realized she would rather help individuals prevent disease than cure it.

Being a member of the CrossFit community for several years, she decided to combine her love of fitness with her passion to help others. Nichole now spends her time at RAC Crossfit where she is the Head Coach and Manager and is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.

Rachel Kehn: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach

Rachel holds a Sports & Leisure Studies degree from The Ohio State University and a Masters in Human Resource Management from the Fisher College of Business. In 2012, her career took her out of Ohio to Wisconsin and Nebraska which is where she found CrossFit. She continued to move with her career until she made her way back to Columbus in 2017. During that time, CrossFit and nutrition had become a passion.

In 2018, she decided to turn her passions into work. She became a certified CrossFit trainer and started Thrive Nutrition, a nutrition and lifestyle coaching company.

Greg Bice: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Greg played lacrosse at The Ohio State University where he was a two time NCAA All American and captain for the Buckeyes. After college he completed 10 years of professional lacrosse where he earned All Star honors four times. Greg enjoys working out and while relatively new to CrossFit, he is all in on the mission and methods of CF! He also is the chairman of the board the non-profit organization Lacrosse the Nations, speaks Spanish and enjoys reading. He holds a Welding Engineering Degree from the Ohio State University and has his Masters in Business at the Fisher College of Business. He has a wife, Emily, two sons Joseph & Emmet and a daughter Mabel.


Tyler Pfister: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

An Ohio native, Tyler grew up in Upper Arlington and attended The Ohio State University. While at Ohio State, he played Varsity Men’s Lacrosse as well as earning a Bachelors degree in Communication and a Masters degree in Kinesiology.
Tyler continues to play lacrosse at the professional level and holds a CrossFit Level-1 Certificate. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and fishing. He and his wife, Olivia, currently live in Clintonville.
