Soccer leagues at the RAC

Winter 2025 Season is now CLOSED to new registrations for the U9 to U18 leagues.

We are very sorry to report that Resolute has reached full capacity for the 2025 Winter Indoor Youth Soccer Leagues. We reached capacity almost three weeks before the stated registration deadline. In all of our communications, we state that registration will close once we reach capacity. We have registered close to 200 youth teams for the upcoming session. We cannot take more teams, as doing so would stretch out the indoor season into April, resulting in multiple bye weeks. We want to provide a quality experience for the players, and stretching a seven-game season over four months is not a quality experience. We work to maximize our schedule to take as many teams as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

Information for registered teams:

Team Fees: $1100

Season Starts: Saturday, January 4, 2025

Game Days and Times: Games will be played on Saturdays or Sundays. They can start as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 8pm.  This is a seven-game session played over 10 to 11 weeks. There will be bye weeks. Due to a lacrosse tournament, there will be no soccer games the weekend of Jan. 18 and 19, 2025.

Game schedule: your team schedule will be posted online no later than December 28, 2024. The schedule will also display on your Resolute account dashboard.

Team fees due:  Team fees must be paid in full by January 4, 2025 or a $100 late fee will be applied to the team captain’s account. Late payment could determine whether a team is permitted to play in the next session. Unpaid team fees will also cause the team to forfeit upcoming games until the team fee is paid. Bye weeks will be given. The winter season will be longer than 7 weeks.

Schedule requests: Any schedule requests were due when you signed up for the league. If you cannot make a scheduled game, please email [email protected] to let us know.

Team Roster: Your team roster must be completed online through the Resolute account dashboard before January 4, 2025. You can roster up to 18 players.

Resolute Futures: Ages 5 to 9

Resolute Futures is a developmental league for younger players ages 5 to 9. Participants are placed on a house team and will receive weekly instruction in addition to game time.

League Information

Resolute offers two skill divisons for the youth leagues: A and B. The A division is competitive and B is more recreational. Please select a division based on the skill level and experience of the team. The RAC reserves the right to combine divisions when necessary.

The number of players on the field varies by age group:

  • U10: 8 per side
  • U11-u12: 7 per side
  • U13-U18: 6 per side

Team fees and/or deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances unless the RAC is unable to form a league. 

Schedule requests must be submitted on or before the league registration deadline. Any team making a schedule request after the registration deadline or a schedule change after the schedule has been posted may be required to pay an administrative fee. The RAC will make every effort to accommodate requests but cannot make any guarantees. Only requests that impact the majority of the team will be considered.

Resolute is a family-friendly facility where athletes and spectators can enjoy the sports they love in a safe environment. We expect all athletes and spectators to follow the facility’s rules and code of conduct. Violations will be taken very seriously resulting in suspension and/or bans from the facility. All soccer games are live streamed and recorded through LiveBarn. This is a subscription based service. Resolute members can receive a discount when they use the code reso-lute.

The service allows viewing for live games and on demand. You can download full games and short clips. 

Team Administration

To help you better manage your team, Resolute uses a facility and league management system called DaySmart. The system allows you to:

  • invite players to your team
  • easily manage team payments and track balances in real time
  • roll your team roster over to the next session
  • edit players and payments

To manage your team and payments, please login to your account using the username and password created when registering.

Account Login

Team rosters must be completed online by the first game. You can roster up to 18 players. Roster changes be be made until the third game of the session. After that rosters are locked and cannot be changed. Teams playing with non-rostered players or players older than the league age-group risk forfeiting the game.

Each player will need to have a current waiver on file with Resolute. Waivers are completed online when players accept an invitation to join a team. Players are required to check in at the Resolute front desk before each game to make sure they are on a team roster and have a completed waiver.

Team payments can be made online, by phone or at the front desk. 

Online payments can be made by logging into your Resolute Account. Be sure to use the username and password created when registering.

Account Login

Team fees must be paid in full by the set deadline for the season, or a $100 late fee will be applied to the team account. A late payment may also determine whether a team is permitted to play in the next session.
